Three-year-olds are more secure and ready for a higher level of challenge. Our early childhood education program for our Pre-K3 “Sea Turtles” provides them with plenty of opportunities to explore learning centers and participate in dramatic play. Your child will learn to recognize letters and some letter sounds, add two groups of concrete objects by counting and begin to understand the concept of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
In an effort to prepare them for elementary school, children in this stage begin to experiment with different letter sounds. They also start to explore characters and story plots.
Move over Einstein! Our children at this stage are now exploring number concepts and practice comparisons while also classifying and measuring. They also start using number lines.
As the child ages, it’s important that they participate in group activities to help them learn to follow directions, take turns and develop friendships.
While exercise and daily activities are part of our program, we also help children practice fine motor skills through the use of puzzles and improve balance through a variety of activities.
The world’s a stage and it starts here. Our children clap, move and sing songs. Artful endeavors are created by folding, cutting and coloring and children pantomime lyrics to favorite songs.
During this stage children perform simple experiments, learn about the weather and compare personal characteristics to one another.
